Das Root-Verzeichnis wird an alle Child-Prozesse des aktuellen Prozesses 
vererbt.

Nur der Super-User kann das Root-Verzeichnis ändern.

Beachten Sie, dass dieser Aufruf keine Auswirkung auf das aktuelle 
Arbeitsverzeichnis hat, d.h. `.' kann sich außerhalb des mit `/' beginnenden 
Pfades befinden.
