Revert the last changes.  Further investigation revealed that the
Debian maintainer unfortunately switched (back?) to the OpenBSD
version of calendar while we depend on features provided by the
FreeBSD version.

The current version of calendar uses different arguments and date specification

A new version of calendar requires a sane LANG setting
