<p>After an <a href="http://www.infodrom.org/~joey/log/?200706232041">\
inquiry</a> it turned out that several people are interested in a
utility that will mail them changes to previously specified web pages
as text/plain instead of an HTML page with highlighted sections.</p>

<p>Therefore the source code has been moved into a public repository
and cleaned up a little bit.  Its configuration has been improved as
well.</p>
