<p>webtomail is a small tool that is capable of distributing changes
on websites via mail.  It aims at textual web pages whose content is
changed frequently or infrequently without proper RDF file
support.</p>

<p>It makes use of an external browser for rendering the text on a web
page.  Common text browsers are thus supported: lynx, w3m, links etc.</p>
