<p><b>Releasedate: 2004-11-11</b>

<p>The codebase has been tidied up.  Unused code has been stripped
from the archive.  Several files were removed.  Global and bloated
define files have been removed.  All files are self-contained and only
include the header files they require.  Additionally new header files
have been created in order to properly export the functions from
within the .c file.</p>
