<headline>Version 0.3 released</headline>

<p>A new version of Gerstensaft, the graphical frontend to <a
href="http://www.belwue.de/projekte/saft/saft-us.html">SAFT</a>, has
been released today which marks an important milestone and reflects a
much more sophisticated package than old one.</p>

<p>This is the first version of Gerstensaft ever that is able send
messages and receive files sent to the account from friends on the
Internet.  The latter was a long-outstanding feature many people have
waited for.  The graphical interface has also been cleaned up and is
much easier to understand now.</p>

<p>The German translations has been updated to the new version and
totally new Swedish, Vietnamese and Romanian translations have been
added as well.  More are welcome.</p>
