<p>On the 16th of August this year the Debian project will turn ten.
This, of course, is a reason to celebrate.  Several <a
href="http://www.debian.org/events/2003/0816-birthday">parties</a> are
<a href="http://www.debconf.org/10years/">planned</a> around the
globus.  The main German party will take place in Wallenrod and is
coordinated here.</p>
