  10 are no company there is no general Debian Support Division.  Instead
  11 you'll get the best support from Debian.

  15 <p>There are a lot of mailing lists on <a href="http://lists.debian.org/">lists.debian.org</a>.
  16 The most important one with regard to user support is debian-user.
  17 More than 2,500 people are reading the list, most probably somebody
  18 knows how to help you fix the problem you're working on.

  20 <p>With regards to software and package development there is our
  21 debian-devel list.  Many Debian developers are reading there, more
  22 then 1,000 people are subscribed.  Important development discussions
  23 take place there.

  27 <p>When you are online there are a couple of resources for getting
  28 support in a realtime manner.  A lot of Debian developers and users
  29 use <a href="irc.html">Internet Relay Chat</a> (IRC) at least
  30 occasionally.  By joining the channels they listen to you'll get in
  31 touch with them directly.
