I *guess* this was a mistake...

Some improvements that were recommended.

 1. Split upcoming and past events, it was too confusing having them
    both on the same screen, with strange ordering.

 2. Improved the code, use a different color for current events and
    use the regular color switching scheme for other current/past
    events.

 3. Introduce calendar.inc for code reuse between the two listings.

Two improvements:

 1. Bail out if certain important fields are empty accidently.  The
    record won't make sense anyway.

 2. Check if the date was already specified as yyyy-mm-dd by accident
    (well... happened to me today... should have turned on my brain
    first, but...)
