Added support for displaying the usage of a component

Nah, it's strlen() not length(), also added support for changed usage
in same compound, i.e. /dev/hda moved to /dev/hdb or something.

Looks like the default setting for infomails for supporters were
forgotton before.

We need to check whether the pseudo project 'Supporter' exists since
person.project uses project.name as foreign key.  If the project does
not exist yet it needs to be created on the fly.  It'll be ignored by
other parts of the program but the foreign key constraint requires it
to exist.

Reworked the logic for adding a new person (or not).  If the realname
and the mail address are the same, it is assumed to be the same
person.  If one of them differs, it is assumed to be a different
person.

This will probably lead to some confusion with people who are a member
of different projects and use different mail addresses, such as
foo@debian.org and foo@kde.org.  They will be treated as different
people until the person notices this and gets one of them removed.
